This position focuses on conducting scheduled virtual consultations, presenting company-approved programs, and assisting individuals with enrollment. The role offers structured training, ongoing mentorship, and a defined path to Entry-Level Management and Leadership for high performers. Key Responsibilities Conduct scheduled virtual meetings via Zoom and phone Present approved programs clearly, professionally, and compliantly Educate individuals on available options and assist with enrollment Maintain accurate digital documentation and follow-up schedules Manage assigned leads responsibly and professionally Collaborate with a nationally distributed remote sales team Consistently meet weekly performance and activity goals No cold calling.
