Position Overview Globe Life AO, a trusted name in the supplemental insurance industry for over 65 years, is seeking motivated individuals to join our remote team as an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative. Compensation: $60,000 - $150,000+/year. Key Responsibilities • Provide personalized customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings. • Assist clients in understanding their insurance benefit options. • Respond to questions about policies, coverage, and claims. • Schedule and lead virtual consultations with new and existing customers. • Maintain product knowledge to guide clients in making informed decisions.
