What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related customer service role. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely. - You are proficient in using virtual communication tools such as Zoom. - You are bilingual in French and/or Spanish, with strong verbal and written skills. - You have a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. - You are detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple client accounts efficiently. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working in a fully remote sales environment. - Knowledge of Globe Life insurance products and services. - Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools. - Additional language skills beyond French and Spanish.
