Role Overview: As a Remote Benefits Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding Globe Life's book of business by offering a variety of insurance policies to both new and existing clients. This fully remote position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients via virtual platforms such as Zoom. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective and current clients to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable policy options. - You will conduct virtual meetings and presentations using Zoom to explain product benefits and answer client questions. - You will manage and grow your book of business by following up on leads and maintaining strong client relationships. - You will collaborate with team members and management to meet and exceed sales targets. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details in the company CRM system. - You will stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and compliance requirements. - You will provide bilingual support to French and Spanish-speaking clients, enhancing accessibility and service quality. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related customer service role. - Strong proficiency in virtual communication tools, especially Zoom. - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively. - Bilingual proficiency in French or Spanish is required. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working in a fully remote sales role. - Insurance licensing or certifications relevant to life or supplemental health insurance. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. - Additional language skills beyond French and Spanish.
