What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective and current clients to explain and sell insurance policies tailored to their needs. - You will conduct virtual meetings via Zoom to present product information and answer client questions. - You will build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage policy renewals and referrals. - You will collaborate with team members and management to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction. - You will document client interactions and update records accurately in the company database. - You will stay informed about industry trends and product updates to provide knowledgeable advice. - You will assist bilingual clients in French and Spanish, enhancing our service reach. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in insurance sales or a related customer service role. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English. - Ability to conduct engaging virtual presentations and build rapport remotely. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with video conferencing tools like Zoom. - Bilingual proficiency in French or Spanish is required. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working in a fully remote sales environment. - Insurance licensing or certifications relevant to life or supplemental insurance. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. - Additional language skills beyond French and Spanish.
