Role Overview: As a Remote Benefits Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our company's book of business by offering a variety of insurance policies to both new and existing clients. This fully remote position allows you to connect with clients via Zoom, providing personalized service and expert guidance to meet their insurance needs. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective and current clients to explain and sell insurance policies tailored to their needs. - You will conduct virtual meetings via Zoom to present product information and answer client questions. - You will build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage policy renewals and referrals. - You will collaborate with team members and management to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction. - You will document client interactions and update records accurately in the company database. - You will stay informed about industry trends and product updates to provide knowledgeable advice. - You will assist bilingual clients in French and Spanish, enhancing our service reach. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in insurance sales or a related customer service role. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English. - Ability to conduct engaging virtual presentations and build rapport remotely. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with video conferencing tools like Zoom. - Bilingual proficiency in French or Spanish is required. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working in a fully remote sales environment. - Insurance licensing or certifications relevant to life or supplemental insurance. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. - Additional language skills beyond French and Spanish.
