This fully remote position allows you to connect with clients via Zoom, providing personalized service and expert guidance to meet their insurance needs. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective and current clients through virtual meetings to explain and sell insurance products. - You will build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term business growth. - You will assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. - You will manage your sales pipeline and follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates. - You will collaborate with team members and management to share best practices and improve sales strategies. - You will stay informed about industry trends and product updates to provide accurate information. - You will document client interactions and maintain accurate records in the company CRM system. - You will meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related customer service role. - You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively. - You are proficient in using virtual communication tools such as Zoom and CRM software. - You are bilingual in French or Spanish, enabling you to serve a diverse client base. - You demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts. - You have a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working in a fully remote sales environment. - Knowledge of Globe Life insurance products and industry regulations. - Additional language skills beyond French and Spanish. - Certification or licensing in insurance sales.
