Role Overview: As a Remote Benefits Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding Globe Life's book of business by offering a variety of insurance policies to both new and existing clients. This fully remote position allows you to connect with clients via Zoom, providing expert guidance and support to meet their insurance needs. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective and current clients through virtual meetings to explain and sell insurance products. - You will build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and repeat business. - You will identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. - You will manage your sales pipeline and follow up on leads to maximize sales opportunities. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. - You will collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales targets. - You will stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide knowledgeable service. - You will provide bilingual support in French and Spanish to better serve diverse clients. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related customer service role. - You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and either French or Spanish. - You are proficient with virtual communication tools such as Zoom. - You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. - You are self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. - You have a high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in insurance are a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working in a fully remote sales role. - Bilingual proficiency in both French and Spanish. - Knowledge of insurance products and regulations. - Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
