Role Overview: As a Remote Benefits Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our company's book of business by offering a variety of insurance policies to both new and existing clients. This fully remote position allows you to connect with clients via Zoom, providing personalized service and expert guidance to meet their insurance needs. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective and current clients through virtual meetings to explain and sell insurance products. - You will build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and repeat business. - You will identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. - You will manage your sales pipeline and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets. - You will collaborate with team members and management to share best practices and improve sales strategies. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. - You will stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide expert advice. - You will provide bilingual support in French and Spanish to better serve diverse client populations. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related customer service role. - You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and either French or Spanish. - You are proficient with virtual communication tools such as Zoom and CRM software. - You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. - You are self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working in a fully remote sales role. - Insurance licensing or certifications relevant to life or supplemental insurance. - Fluency in both French and Spanish. - Experience with lead generation and digital marketing techniques.
