What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related customer service role. - You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and either French or Spanish. - You are proficient with virtual communication tools such as Zoom and CRM software. - You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. - You are self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working in a fully remote sales role. - Insurance licensing or certifications relevant to life or supplemental insurance. - Fluency in both French and Spanish. - Experience with lead generation and digital marketing techniques.
