This fully remote position allows you to connect with clients via Zoom, providing personalized service and expert guidance to meet their insurance needs. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective and current clients through virtual meetings to explain and sell insurance products. - You will build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - You will identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. - You will manage your sales pipeline and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets. - You will collaborate with team members and management to share best practices and improve sales strategies. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. - You will stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide expert advice. - You will utilize bilingual skills in French or Spanish to serve a diverse client base effectively. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with virtual communication tools such as Zoom. - You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - You are self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. - You are bilingual in French or Spanish, enhancing your ability to connect with a broader client base. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience selling insurance products. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. - A valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one. - Experience working in a fully remote role.
