Role Overview: As a Remote Benefits Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding Globe Life's book of business by offering a variety of insurance policies to both new and existing clients. This fully remote position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport through virtual platforms such as Zoom. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective and current clients to explain and sell insurance policies tailored to their needs. - You will conduct virtual meetings via Zoom to present product information and answer client questions. - You will maintain and grow client relationships by providing ongoing support and service. - You will meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals. - You will document client interactions and update records accurately in the company CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction. - You will stay informed about industry trends and product updates to provide accurate information. - You will utilize bilingual skills in French or Spanish to serve a diverse client base effectively. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport remotely. - Proficiency in using virtual communication tools such as Zoom. - Bilingual proficiency in French or Spanish is required. - Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working in a fully remote sales role. - Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations. - Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools. - Additional language skills beyond French and Spanish.
