What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related customer service role. - Strong communication skills, with fluency in English; bilingual in French or Spanish is highly preferred. - Proficiency with virtual communication tools such as Zoom and CRM software. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively. - Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and handle client objections professionally. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working in a fully remote sales role. - Insurance licensing or certifications relevant to life or supplemental insurance. - Multilingual abilities beyond English, French, or Spanish. - Experience with digital marketing or social media outreach.
