Role Overview: As a Remote Benefits Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding Globe Life's book of business by offering a variety of insurance policies to both new and existing clients. This fully remote position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport through virtual platforms such as Zoom. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective and current clients to explain and sell insurance policies tailored to their needs. - You will conduct virtual meetings via Zoom to present product information and answer client questions. - You will maintain and grow client relationships by providing ongoing support and service. - You will meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. - You will document client interactions and update records accurately in the company database. - You will collaborate with team members and management to share best practices and improve sales strategies. - You will stay informed about industry trends and product updates to provide accurate information. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related customer service role. - Strong communication skills, with fluency in English; bilingual in French or Spanish is highly preferred. - Proficiency with virtual communication tools such as Zoom and CRM software. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively. - Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and handle client objections professionally. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working in a fully remote sales role. - Insurance licensing or certifications relevant to life or supplemental insurance. - Multilingual abilities beyond English, French, or Spanish. - Experience with digital marketing or social media outreach.
