Role Overview: As a Remote Benefits Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our company's book of business by offering a variety of insurance policies to both new and existing clients. This fully remote position allows you to connect with clients via Zoom, providing personalized service and expert guidance to meet their insurance needs. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective and current clients through virtual meetings to explain and sell insurance products. - You will build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term business growth. - You will identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. - You will manage your sales pipeline and follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates. - You will collaborate with team members and management to meet and exceed sales targets. - You will stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide accurate information. - You will document client interactions and maintain detailed records in the company CRM system. - You will participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your sales and product knowledge. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related customer service role. - You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively. - You are proficient in using virtual communication tools such as Zoom. - You have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously. - You are self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - You are bilingual in French or Spanish, enabling you to serve a diverse client base. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working in a fully remote sales role. - Knowledge of Globe Life insurance products and services. - Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools. - Additional language skills beyond French and Spanish.
