What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related customer service role. - You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively. - You are proficient in using virtual communication tools such as Zoom. - You have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously. - You are self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - You are bilingual in French or Spanish, enabling you to serve a diverse client base. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working in a fully remote sales role. - Knowledge of Globe Life insurance products and services. - Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools. - Additional language skills beyond French and Spanish.
