What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective and current clients through virtual meetings to explain and sell insurance products. - You will build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term business growth. - You will identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. - You will manage your sales pipeline and follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates. - You will collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales targets. - You will stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide accurate information. - You will document client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. - You will provide bilingual support in French and Spanish to better serve diverse client populations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related customer service role. - Strong communication skills with fluency in English; bilingual in French or Spanish is required. - Proficiency with virtual communication tools such as Zoom. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills. - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals. - Basic knowledge of insurance products and regulations. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working in a fully remote sales role. - Additional language skills beyond French and Spanish. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. - Insurance licensing or certifications.
