Role Overview: As a Remote Benefits Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our company's book of business by offering a variety of insurance policies to both new and existing clients. This fully remote position allows you to connect with clients via Zoom, providing personalized service and expert guidance to meet their insurance needs. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective and current clients to explain and sell insurance policies. - You will conduct virtual meetings using Zoom to provide detailed product information. - You will build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage policy renewals and referrals. - You will identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. - You will document client interactions and update records accurately. - You will collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction. - You will stay informed about industry trends and product updates to provide accurate information. - You will assist bilingual clients in French and Spanish, enhancing our service reach. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in insurance sales or customer service. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency in using virtual communication tools such as Zoom. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Bilingual proficiency in French or Spanish is required. - Strong organizational and time management skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working in a remote sales role. - Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations. - Additional language skills beyond French and Spanish. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
