What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related customer service role. - You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients remotely. - You are proficient in using virtual communication tools such as Zoom and CRM software. - You are bilingual in French or Spanish, enabling you to serve a diverse client base effectively. - You demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts. - You have a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working in a fully remote sales environment. - Insurance licensing or certifications relevant to the products offered. - Familiarity with the insurance industry regulations and compliance standards. - Additional language skills beyond French and Spanish.
