What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related customer service role. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively via virtual platforms. - Proficiency in using Zoom and CRM software. - Bilingual proficiency in French or Spanish is required. - Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting performance goals. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working in a fully remote sales role. - Knowledge of Globe Life insurance products and services. - Additional language skills beyond French and Spanish. - Experience with digital marketing or lead generation techniques.
