Role Overview: As a Remote Benefits Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our company's book of business by offering a variety of insurance policies to both new and existing clients. This fully remote position allows you to connect with clients via Zoom, providing personalized service and expert guidance to meet their insurance needs. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective and current clients through virtual meetings to explain and sell insurance products. - You will build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term business growth. - You will identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions tailored to their circumstances. - You will manage your sales pipeline effectively to meet and exceed sales targets. - You will stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide accurate information. - You will collaborate with team members and management to share best practices and improve sales strategies. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related customer service role. - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively via virtual platforms. - Proficiency in using Zoom and other digital communication tools. - Bilingual proficiency in French or Spanish is required to serve diverse client bases. - Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working in a fully remote sales environment. - Knowledge of life and supplemental insurance products. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. - Additional language skills beyond French and Spanish.
