Role Overview: As a Remote Benefits Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding Globe Life's book of business by offering a variety of insurance policies to both new and existing clients. This fully remote position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients via virtual platforms. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective and current clients through Zoom to present and explain insurance products. - You will identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. - You will manage and grow your book of business by maintaining strong client relationships. - You will process applications and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. - You will collaborate with team members and management to meet sales targets. - You will stay informed about product updates and industry trends. - You will provide bilingual support in French and Spanish to better serve diverse client bases. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in insurance sales or customer service. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely. - Proficiency in using virtual communication tools such as Zoom. - Bilingual proficiency in French and/or Spanish is required. - Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working in a fully remote role. - Knowledge of life and supplemental insurance products. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
