Role Overview: As a Remote Benefits Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding Globe Life's book of business by offering a variety of insurance policies to both new and existing clients. This fully remote position allows you to connect with clients via Zoom, providing personalized service and expert guidance to meet their insurance needs. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective and current clients through virtual meetings to explain and sell insurance products. - You will build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term business growth. - You will identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions tailored to their circumstances. - You will manage your sales pipeline effectively to meet and exceed sales targets. - You will collaborate with team members and management to share best practices and improve sales strategies. - You will stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and compliance requirements. - You will provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. - You will utilize bilingual skills (French and/or Spanish) to communicate effectively with diverse client populations. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related customer service role. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely. - You are proficient in using virtual communication tools such as Zoom. - You have a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with excellent time management skills. - You are bilingual in French and/or Spanish, enabling you to serve a diverse client base. - You have a reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working in a fully remote sales environment. - Knowledge of Globe Life insurance products and services. - Sales certifications or licenses relevant to insurance. - Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
