Role Overview: As a Remote Benefits Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our company's book of business by offering a variety of insurance policies to both new and existing clients. This fully remote position allows you to connect with clients via Zoom, providing personalized service and expert guidance to meet their insurance needs. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective and current clients through virtual meetings to explain and sell insurance products. - You will build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and loyalty. - You will identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. - You will manage your sales pipeline and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets. - You will collaborate with team members and management to share best practices and improve sales strategies. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. - You will stay informed about industry trends and product updates to provide expert advice. - You will provide bilingual support in French and Spanish to better serve diverse client populations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related customer service role. - Strong communication skills with fluency in English; bilingual in French or Spanish is required. - Proficiency with virtual communication tools such as Zoom. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively. - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals. - High level of professionalism and customer service orientation. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working in a fully remote sales role. - Knowledge of Globe Life insurance products and services. - Additional language skills beyond French and Spanish. - Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
