What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective and current clients through virtual meetings to explain and sell insurance products. - You will build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - You will identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. - You will manage your sales pipeline and follow up on leads to maximize sales opportunities. - You will collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales targets. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. - You will stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide expert advice. - You will utilize bilingual skills (French and Spanish) to serve a diverse client base effectively. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related customer service role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely. - Proficiency in using virtual communication tools such as Zoom. - Bilingual proficiency in French and/or Spanish is required. - Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting performance goals. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working in a fully remote sales role. - Knowledge of life and supplemental insurance products. - Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools. - Additional language skills beyond French and Spanish.
