Role Overview: As a Remote Benefits Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by offering tailored insurance solutions. This fully remote position allows you to connect with new and existing clients via Zoom, providing expert guidance on various insurance policies to meet their needs. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective and current clients to explain and sell insurance products. - You will conduct virtual meetings using Zoom to present policy options and answer client questions. - You will build and maintain strong relationships to foster client loyalty and retention. - You will identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage. - You will document client interactions and update records accurately. - You will collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve service delivery. - You will stay informed about industry trends and product updates. - You will provide bilingual support in French and Spanish to better serve diverse clients. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in insurance sales or customer service. - Strong communication skills with fluency in English; bilingual in French or Spanish preferred. - Proficiency with virtual communication tools such as Zoom. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. - Basic knowledge of insurance products and regulations. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working in a remote sales role. - Insurance licensing or certifications. - Multilingual abilities beyond French and Spanish. - Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
