Role Overview: As a Remote Benefits Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our company's book of business by offering a variety of insurance policies to both new and existing clients. This fully remote position allows you to connect with clients via Zoom, providing personalized service and expert guidance to meet their insurance needs. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective and current clients to explain and sell insurance policies tailored to their needs. - You will conduct virtual meetings via Zoom to build relationships and provide detailed policy information. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy sales. - You will collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets. - You will stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide the best advice. - You will handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance your sales and product knowledge. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related customer service role. - You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - You are proficient with virtual communication tools, especially Zoom. - You have the ability to work independently in a remote environment. - You are bilingual in French or Spanish, enhancing your ability to serve diverse clients. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working in a fully remote sales role. - Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations. - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. - Additional language skills beyond French and Spanish.
