Role Overview: As a Remote Benefits Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding Globe Life's book of business by offering a variety of insurance policies to both new and existing clients. This fully remote position allows you to connect with clients via Zoom, providing expert guidance and support to meet their insurance needs. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective and current clients through virtual meetings to explain and sell insurance products. - You will build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and loyalty. - You will identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. - You will manage your sales pipeline and follow up on leads to maximize sales opportunities. - You will stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide accurate information. - You will collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales targets. - You will maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions. - You will provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related customer service role. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly. - Proficiency in using virtual communication tools such as Zoom. - Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Bilingual proficiency in French or Spanish is required. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working in a fully remote sales role. - Knowledge of life and supplemental insurance products. - Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools. - Additional language skills beyond French and Spanish.
