Role Overview: As a Remote Benefits Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our company's book of business by offering a variety of insurance policies to both new and existing clients. This fully remote position allows you to connect with clients via Zoom, providing personalized service and expert guidance to meet their insurance needs. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective and current clients to explain and sell insurance policies. - You will conduct virtual meetings via Zoom to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage. - You will maintain and grow client relationships through excellent customer service. - You will document client interactions and update records accurately in our CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets. - You will stay informed about product offerings and industry trends to provide knowledgeable advice. - You will assist bilingual clients in French and Spanish, enhancing our service reach. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related customer service role. - You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English. - You are comfortable using virtual communication tools such as Zoom and CRM software. - You possess the ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills. - You are bilingual in French or Spanish, enabling you to serve a diverse client base. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working in a fully remote sales role. - Insurance licensing or certifications relevant to life or supplemental insurance. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. - Additional language skills beyond French and Spanish.
