Role Overview: As a Remote Benefits Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding Globe Life's book of business by offering a variety of insurance policies to both new and existing clients. This fully remote position allows you to connect with clients via Zoom, providing personalized service and expert guidance to meet their insurance needs. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective and current clients through virtual meetings to explain and sell insurance products. - You will build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term business growth. - You will identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. - You will manage your sales pipeline and follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates. - You will collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales targets. - You will stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide accurate information. - You will document client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. - You will provide bilingual support in French and Spanish to better serve diverse client populations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related customer service role. - Strong communication skills with fluency in English and proficiency in French or Spanish. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent time management. - Proficiency with virtual communication tools such as Zoom and CRM software. - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals. - High level of professionalism and customer service orientation. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working in a fully remote sales role. - Insurance licensing or certifications relevant to life or supplemental insurance. - Multilingual abilities beyond English, French, and Spanish. - Experience with digital marketing or lead generation techniques.
