Role Overview: As a Remote Benefits Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding Globe Life's book of business by offering a variety of insurance policies to both new and existing clients. This fully remote position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport through virtual platforms like Zoom. What You'll Do: - You will engage with prospective and current clients via Zoom to explain and sell insurance policies. - You will identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products. - You will maintain and grow client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - You will document client interactions and update records accurately in the company database. - You will collaborate with team members and management to meet sales targets. - You will stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide accurate information. - You will provide bilingual support in French and Spanish to better serve diverse clients. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or customer service. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in a virtual environment. - You are proficient in using Zoom and other remote communication tools. - You are bilingual in French and/or Spanish, with excellent verbal and written skills. - You have a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working remotely. - Insurance licensing or certifications. - Familiarity with CRM software. - Additional language skills beyond French and Spanish.
