8+ years of experience in continuous improvement, facilitation, business systems analysis, and program management within large, matrixed organizations, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
About the position Responsibilities • Establishes and maintains practices for strategy development, rhythm of business, service management, and continuous improvement resulting in operational excellence. • Works autonomously in an ambiguous environment to identify and fix business capability gaps and help implement service management best practices. • Builds strong relationships with peer group and senior leadership both inside and outside of the organization. • Ensures alignment of proposed programs and projects within business unit, functional area and/or company goals and strategies and coordinates alignment with all relevant stakeholders. • Nimbly adapts to shifting priorities while continuing to assess the overall health of existing programs and priorities. • Serves as a thought partner and change leader to colleagues, stakeholders, clients, and sponsors.
