Director, Strategic Partnerships & Alliances - Verbit - New York - work from home job Company: Verbit Job description: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Director of Strategic Partnership and Alliances. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of the company's partnerships and alliances strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully establishing and nurturing strategic relationships to drive business growth and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. As the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Alliances, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and maximizing the value of existing partnerships. Well-versed in strategic account engagement, leading senior negotiations and partner contracts, building strategic relationships with tech and large enterprises, and experience working with partners to deliver differentiated solutions. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic partnership and alliance strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives • New OEMs, integrations, partners and alliances that bring new revenue streams for the company including all business, technology, and GTM aspects • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential partners and new business opportunities • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential strategic partners that can complement our products, services, and market presence • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners, ensuring a diverse range of opportunities across various industries and markets • Drive negotiation, structuring, and execution of partnership agreements and contracts • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and executives at partner organizations • Continuously engage with partners to ensure alignment of objectives and drive joint initiatives to success • Increased revenue coming from existing partnerships • Penetration of new market segments through partnerships • Maintaining and growing existing partnerships and alliances • Project management (scope, deliverable, timeline, risk, budget) • Managing the overall health and performance of partnerships and alliances • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations, to align partnership strategies with broader business goals • Monitor the performance of strategic partnerships and alliances against established KPIs and objectives In order to be great at this job, you’ll need: • Proven track record of at least 5 years in successfully establishing and managing strategic partnerships and alliances, preferably in the technology sector • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically, balancing long-term vision with short-term objectives. • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving revenue growth. • Strong sales and business generation & development track record • Technology oriented and knowledgeable • Proven track record of developing business in North America • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, science, or a related field is required, an MBA is preferred. • Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time What Makes Verbit Unique?
