Job Description: • Develop marketing materials such as sell sheets, product guides, presentations, and advertisements for both brands. • Manage social media platforms or work with contractors, including content planning, posting, and audience engagement • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and external designers to create high-quality content. • Maintain and update websites with fresh, accurate product and campaign information. • Produce customized digital and print assets to support distributors, sales reps, and key accounts. • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing • Build and distribute newsletters, promotional emails, and webinar communications • Coordinate logistics for major industry events and tradeshows, including booth graphics, shipping, branded giveaways, and signage. • Partner with the sales team to plan customer-facing events, sponsorships, and activations. • Respond to internal and external requests for marketing materials, product images, and updated documentation. • Collaborate with sales to create tools and campaigns that support business development efforts. • Provide marketing insights and recommendations to align brand messaging and drive growth. • Support the Senior Brand Manager in strategic executions through market reports and internal reporting • Conduct competitor and market analysis to audit brand identity and messaging Requirements: • 4+ years’ experience in brand management or marketing • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills • Experience with social media, digital marketing tools, and content management systems. • Prior responsibility for events or tradeshow execution • Experience with Adobe Suites preferred • Prior experience working with/support sales teams • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills. • Preferred experience in conducting competitive product and market analysis, with a strong understanding of market research methodologies and how to apply insights to business strategy • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Strong analytical skills, experience with Power BI or analytics platform desired • Experience in healthcare, specialty coffee or brewing industries a plus Benefits: • Flexible work options (fully remote, hybrid, onsite) • Generous paid time off • Competitive salaries and bonus incentives • 401K company match • Competitive medical, dental, & vision insurance • Pet insurance • Annual fitness stipend • Unmatched employee discount on all products • Summer Hours • LinkedIn learning membership Apply tot his job
