Global Threat Solutions is seeking highly qualified Unarmed Luxury Security Agents to support Luxury Retail brands in multiple cities throughout Florida. The attire will be Black Suit (white button down shirt, plain black tie and black dress shoes). Agents will be responsible for observing and reporting all suspicious activity, preventing theft at assigned site, liaison with client representatives and law enforcement as needed and protecting assets and personnel at sites. THIS POSITION IS SPECIFICALLY FOR ON CALL/PER DIEM WORK AND IS NOT A GUARANTEED FULL TIME/PART TIME SCHEDULE UNLESS POSITION OPENS UP If selected GTS will provide training that may include: • De-escalation Training • Luxury Brand Retail Training Successful candidates must meet the following standards to be selected for these positions: • Maintain a professional appearance that serves as a strong deterrent to potential offenders. • Maintain a high level of physical fitness. • Have a minimum of 5 years of security experience. • Be able to work 8 or 12 hour shifts while standing and patrolling assigned area. • Possess excellent communication and observation skills. • Be able to lift 75 lbs.
