Key Responsibilities • Manage and grow a book of warm past clients and former opportunities • Includes companies where we are already an approved vendor • Your first 90 days will include targeted reactivation campaigns • Conduct high-volume outbound calling and email outreach to engage new prospects • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and provide tailored quotes • Schedule and conduct needs assessments with prospective and returning clients • Deliver tailored sales proposals based on inventory availability and client needs • Maintain activity in CRM, track pipeline, and manage follow-ups • Acquire new clients each month through proactive outreach and follow-up • Attend occasional client-facing meetings in the Detroit metro area Qualifications • 3+ years of B2B sales or account management experience • Experience in inside sales, supply chain, electronics, or distribution is a plus • Excellent phone presence and persuasive communication skills • Self-starter with the ability to manage a remote schedule and hit targets • Highly organized and comfortable using CRMs and quoting tools • Located in the Detroit metro area and able to attend client visits locally as needed • Procurement experience a plus but not required Compensation & Benefits Earning Potential • Base Salary: $40,000 – $65,000/year (based on experience) • Commission: Uncapped, performance-based earnings • Ramp-Up Plan: • Structured 90-day ramp-up period • Focused on onboarding, training, and warm lead reactivation • Reduces early pressure while building a strong client base Benefits • 401(k) with company match • Health and dental insurance • Paid time off • Performance bonuses and incentives • Ongoing training, mentorship, and support • Advanced sales tech stack for quoting and pipeline management Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
