Were seeking a Marketing and Business Development Manager to drive growth and elevate the firms brand across the Americas including Mexico, Puerto Rico, Argentina, Brazil, Peru, and Chile. Join a dynamic, highly collaborative marketing team that supports cross-practice, sector, and geographic initiatives. This is a unique role for a strategic, self-starting marketer passionate about client service, market insights, and business growth. Responsibilities • Develop and execute integrated marketing and business development plans targeting the US-Latin America region. • Manage client-centric campaigns that align with firm priorities and deliver measurable results. • Leverage marketing collateral and business development content to increase internal awareness of firm capabilities. • Analyze market data and client needs to inform messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. • Serve as project manager for marketing initiativesoverseeing timelines, resources, and cross-functional collaboration. • Create compelling marketing materials supporting pitches, client meetings, and business growth opportunities. • Coordinate submissions for awards and legal directories to highlight regional successes. • Plan and support internal and external events, both virtual and in-person. • Collaborate closely with US and Latin America leadership, marketers, and office management teams. • Track marketing program results and report on return on investment (ROI). Requirements • Minimum 6 years experience in marketing/business development within professional services, preferably legal. • Strong understanding of global business environments, legal markets, and regional market dynamics. • Proven ability to analyze data, develop strategic marketing solutions, and execute plans effectively. • Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining collaborative working relationships. • Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Self-starter, critical thinker, and team player with client service focus. • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.
