We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Senior Manager to join the Biz Ops team within the Integrated & Platforms business. In this role, you will partner closely with product management, engineering, and cross-functional leaders to streamline execution, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure every initiative is delivering measurable value. Role Summary You’ll serve as the connective tissue between strategy and delivery, enabling teams to focus on building and commercializing great products that matter to customers and the business. You will be managing the operational aspects of the business to ensure efficient delivery and alignment with strategic goals, managing cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and driving data-driven decision making to achieve efficient product launches and market success. Job Description • Holistic, strategic portfolio view: Maintain a lateral view across the organization, identifying and coordinating interdependencies between product teams and other departments like marketing, sales, and customer support. • Connecting initiatives: Ensure that the work of product & cross-functional teams contribute to a larger, overarching strategic goal, such as launching an entire product line or a market expansion. • Breaking down silos: Coordinate efforts across the organization, help break down departmental silos and keep all stakeholders aligned on shared, business-centric goals. • Driving business value: Track initiatives to ensure that business investments in technology and other programs generate maximum value for the entire organization. • Idea/Intake & Value Prioritization: Own the idea/intake workflow and tracking for the integrated pipeline and evaluate/escalate high-impact ideas • Cross-Functional Alignment & GTM Readiness: Partner with the commercialization team to coordinate GTM alignment and product launch readiness across departments. • Feedback Loops: Partner with cross-functional teams to drive Voice of Customer & internal feedback loops and integrates insights into planning. • Business Rhythm & Operational Cadence: drive the operating rhythm across the integrated business to ensure consistent evaluation and prioritization of new ideas, monitor delivery health, and ensure all teams are aligned and prepared for product launches across the Integrated Portfolio • Business Performance: Partner with Finance and BI/Data teams to support forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting Minimum Requirements • 8+ years in business operations, program management, or strategy roles. • Proven track record in product management and business operations leadership roles • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively convey product vision and align teams • Expertise in data analysis and utilizing data to inform decision-making • Deep understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects • Experience in developing business cases & revenue models • Prior consulting experience ideal Preferred Skills • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong skills in data interpretation, identifying root causes, and developing data-driven solutions. • Communication: Ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders and facilitate collaboration across diverse teams. • Project & Program Management: Expertise in managing initiatives, tracking progress, and meeting goals within business constraints. • Strategic Thinking: Balancing big-picture strategy with operational details to achieve organizational objectives. • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with various software and digital tools for data analysis, workflow optimization, and communication.
