Summary of This Role The Partnership Technical Account Manager (PTAM) role is an integral part of the team that drives revenue retention and growth with our largest and most complex multinational clients through technical engagement and leadership. The PTAMs provide technical leadership across ecom & f2f channels and across all geographic markets and in-depth technical & business knowledge of payment acceptance processes and associated services. 90% of time interacting and providing consultative services to new and existing partners with respect to implementing and configuring the Global Payments products & services for effective and efficient transaction services. What Part Will You Play? Administer the partner integration and go-live process, including project managing systems integration between partner, third parties and Global Payments Collaborate with our Global Sales Engineering function to effect a seamless handoff and assume full responsibility for solutioning and all technical aspects of a partner's ongoing relationship with Global Payments Developing in-depth knowledge of GP products through research and testing in order to act as subject matter expert with prospective customers. Proactively maintain accurate product & services knowledge working collaboratively with product teams across multiple regions. Test new solution release applications to provide proof-of-concept ideas to partners and clients. Produce clear and precise documentation for clients based on business and functional requirements for successful deployment of the solution. Provide proposal support to the sales team, leading the completion of the business, technical and functional sections of RFI and RFP documents. What Are We Looking For in This Role? Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Relevant Experience or Degree in: Yes Typically Minimum 8 Years Relevant Exp Preferred Qualifications Bachelor degree in Finance, Business, Science, Engineering or Computing Experience of working in the payments industry, preferably ecommerce, mobile, payment security & risk management. Programming - Ability to test basic code in a mainstream languages and scripting knowledge of using HTML & JavaScript.
