The Partner Program Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth with partners in the Financial Institution ecosystem. This role focuses on strengthening partner relationships and driving adoption of Global Payments’ Core Payments solutions.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, along with 5-8 years of experience in partner marketing or program management. A strong understanding of marketing strategies and the payments or financial industry is preferred.

Summary of This Role The Partner Program Marketing Manager – Core Payments is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement, enablement, and growth with partners in the Financial Institution (FI), Association and Independent Sales Organization (ISO) ecosystem. This role focuses on strengthening partner relationships, expanding co-marketing initiatives, and driving adoption of Global Payments’ Core Payments solutions across our partner network. As a key member of the Partner Programs team, this individual will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Relationship Management to design marketing programs that empower partners to position and deliver Global Payments’ products effectively in their markets. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong B2B marketing expertise and a deep understanding of the financial services and payments landscape. What Part Will You Play? Partner Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to support growth with FI, Association and ISO partners. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align partner marketing initiatives with Core Payments business objectives and go-to-market priorities. Build and manage marketing programs that drive awareness, education, and engagement among FI, Association and ISO partners. Lead co-marketing efforts, including joint campaigns, events, webinars, and success stories that highlight partner achievements. Enablement & Communications Create and manage partner-facing content, including newsletters, playbooks, product updates, sales enablement materials, and case studies. Translate complex payment solutions and value propositions into clear, compelling messaging for FI, Association and ISO audiences. Partner with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all partner touchpoints. Partner Engagement & Relationship Support Build scalable programs that enhance partner collaboration, trust, and loyalty. Support partner onboarding and training by developing materials that help partners understand and promote Core Payments solutions. Represent the partner voice within Global Payments, ensuring their feedback and needs inform marketing strategy and product priorities. Measurement & Insights Track and report performance of partner marketing campaigns and programs, including engagement, adoption, and ROI metrics. Use insights from partner feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends to refine strategies. Present results and recommendations to leadership to drive continuous improvement. Core Competencies Partner Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in partner, channel, or B2B marketing, ideally in payments, banking, or fintech. Strategic Collaboration: Skilled at working cross-functionally with Partner Management, Product, and Marketing teams. Program Management: Ability to own end-to-end programs, from strategy through execution and measurement. Content & Communication: Excellent storytelling and writing skills to communicate technical and business value clearly. Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical mindset with experience analyzing program performance and making data-informed decisions to optimize marketing performance. Tools: Familiarity with marketing automation (Marketo/HubSpot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and content management tools. What Are We Looking For in This Role? Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in partner marketing, program management, or a related role. Strong understanding of marketing strategies, partner ecosystems, and relationship management. Payments or financial industry experience is strongly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
