Job Overview As a Phone Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our sales efforts, connecting with potential clients and showcasing our innovative solutions. Your energetic approach to outbound calling and warm calling will help you build strong relationships and close deals in the B2B technology sales sector. You’ll leverage your negotiation skills and customer service expertise to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that propel their businesses forward. What you’ll do • Engage in proactive outbound calling to generate leads and nurture existing relationships. • Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of customer communications. • Conduct telemarketing campaigns to promote our products and services effectively. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts. • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to articulate product benefits clearly and persuasively. • Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the process. • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients. • Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities for growth. Experience • Proven experience in inside sales or technical sales, preferably within the B2B technology sector. • Strong background in telemarketing, with a focus on outbound calling strategies. • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential for managing customer relationships effectively. • Excellent negotiation skills, with a track record of closing deals successfully. • Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with diverse clients. • A solid understanding of marketing principles as they relate to sales strategies is a plus. • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting client relationships.
