Job Summary: Global Partners is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to enhance embedded analytics within one of our key business units. In this pivotal role, reporting to the Senior Director of Business Intelligence, you will lead a team of BI Analysts and collaborate closely with business leaders to transform data into actionable insights that drive positive change and measurable outcomes. This position is perfect for those who have a knack for connecting business needs with technical execution. Your contributions will include: • Providing tailored Data and Insights to support the business strategy and empower BU Leadership. • Leading a talented team of BI and Reporting Analysts in alignment with BU objectives. • Driving analytics strategy alongside the business unit to ensure it meets key goals and delivers quantifiable results. • Managing the creation, development, and distribution of advanced reports and dashboards that facilitate data-driven decision-making and enhance performance. • Converting complex data from various sources into clear, engaging narratives that influence executive and operational strategies. • Encouraging the use of modeling and analytics for business forecasting and resource allocation decisions. • Offering mentorship and technical guidance to analysts, building skills in Python, SQL, BI tools, data visualization, and modern data engineering methods. • Promoting best practices for data governance to ensure high data quality and adherence to standards. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives, integrate insights into workflows, and nurture a culture centered on data. Additional Qualifications: • A proven leader with the ability to inspire team-building in advanced analytics, data storytelling, and stakeholder collaboration. • A passion for cultivating mentorship, continuous improvement, and a product-oriented mindset. • Demonstrated capability to generate insights and support decision-making in a dynamic business environment. • Expertise in SQL, BI platforms, and predictive analytics for complex data handling and modeling. Proficiency in Python or R is a plus. • Strong business sense to translate objectives into impactful analytical solutions. • Excellent communication skills, with an aptitude for crafting clear narratives around data findings and persuading senior leadership to act on insights. • A collaborative approach to working across functions, fostering consensus, and building trustworthy relationships. • A focus on continuous improvement, keen to stay abreast of new analytics trends and drive innovation for higher value creation. • Experience in aligning business questions with data and analytical frameworks. • Familiarity with experimental design, financial modeling, or operational reporting is advantageous. • Bachelor's Degree required. Pay Range: $136,200.00 - $204,200.00 The pay range provided is for this position. The starting salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, and geographic location, with the company retaining the right to adjust base salary for various reasons including performance and market conditions.
