Senior Integration Implementation Specialist LOCATION: REMOTE Annual Compensation: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 DOE The Senior Integration Implementation Specialist ensures seamless integration between GMR's CAD systems and internal or external platforms. Acting as project manager, facilitator, and liaison, this role partners with IT, Business Operations, EMS Communication Centers, vendors, and external partners to deliver successful integration initiatives. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, managing configuration and testing, and ensuring solutions meet operational needs. Occasional U.S. travel (up to 10%) may be required. Responsibilities: * Participate in project kickoff and discovery sessions to document business and interface requirements. * Lead enterprise-wide system integration initiatives, applying advanced technical expertise and strong project management skills. * Build and maintain effective relationships with vendors, GMR stakeholders, and external partners. * Collaborate with internal IT teams and external client teams to deliver high-quality integration solutions. * Configure integrations based on documented requirements, ensuring accuracy through vendor and business engagement. * Develop and execute detailed testing scenarios that validate business requirements. * Coordinate and perform rigorous testing with CAD Administrators, providing progress updates to stakeholders. * Conduct peer reviews with CAD Administrators and Integration team members before business sign-off. * Present integration solutions to stakeholders for approval prior to production deployment. * Create integration documentation and support team training for smooth operational transition. * Manage ITSM requests and complete documentation for connectivity, production installs, maintenance windows, and other infrastructure needs. * Perform ongoing maintenance and configuration updates to ensure integration stability. * Troubleshoot integration issues and assist during outages as needed. * Support go-lives, upgrades, and maintenance activities, including occasional after-hours or weekend work. * Apply advanced technical expertise to resolve complex challenges efficiently. * Mentor junior team members and conduct solution reviews as a senior contributor. Qualifications: Education & Industry Experience * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience with public safety integration projects. * Strong understanding of networking concepts (including VPN tunnels) and server infrastructure. * 7+ years of experience implementing CAD interfaces in public safety environments. * Proven ability to deliver uni- and bidirectional integrations (e.g., CAD-to-CAD, CAD-to-RMS, CAD-to-ePCR, CAD-to-third-party systems). * Skilled in interpreting API protocols and schemas and translating business processes into technical requirements. * Proficient in analyzing structured data formats (JSON, XML, CSV, HTML). * Basic knowledge of network architecture, firewalls, and security protocols. * Familiarity with public safety workflows (e.g., emergency response, incident reporting) to ensure operationally aligned integrations.
