Job Description Job Title: Senior IT Program Manager Job Location: Remote Job Type: Contract Job Description: • Lead IT transition activities for M&A and divestiture projects • Manage infrastructure, systems, applications, and data migration/separation efforts • Coordinate work across IT, HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams • Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and keep projects on track • Lead meetings and provide updates to executive leadership teams (ELT) • Ensure smooth business operations during organizational transitions • Drive timelines, project plans, and stakeholder communication Requirement: • Strong experience managing M&A or divestiture projects • Experience with IT infrastructure and system transition projects • Ability to work across multiple business departments • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Executive-level presentation and leadership abilities • Strong problem-solving and project management skills • Ability to work CST/CT business hours Interested candidates can send their updated resumes at jobs@global-itech.com
