Key Responsibilities Assign and balance workload across coding staff. Conduct coding calibration sessions. Review complex or ambiguous records. Monitor productivity and timeliness metrics. Coordinate with QA Lead on performance trends. Support staffing continuity and surge activation. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years experience in occupational coding or data processing. Supervisory experience preferred.
