Role Overview: As a Work from Home Insurance Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients through warm leads, offering them personalized insurance options without the need for cold calling. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and helping union workers secure the coverage they need. What You'll Do: - You will engage with qualified leads to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention. - You will educate clients on various insurance products and coverage options. - You will process insurance applications and assist clients through the enrollment process. - You will collaborate with the customer service team to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly. - You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. - You will meet or exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and compliance standards. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related customer service role. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - You possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - You have a basic understanding of insurance products and regulations. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with union members or in union-related industries. - Previous remote sales experience. - Insurance licensing or certifications. - Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
