The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving strategies to achieve revenue growth. The role includes responsibilities such as market research, prospecting, creating business proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives. The incumbent will also monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for growth. Qualifications • Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills • Experience in market research, negotiation, and creating comprehensive business proposals • Strategic planning and project management expertise • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setting • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration platforms • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred • Prior experience in relevant industries or markets will be considered an advantage
