About the Role We are seeking a Hardware Engineer – Generalist to join our innovative R&D/Product Development team, contributing to the design and development of cutting-edge medical device products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both analog and digital hardware design, as well as hands-on experience with embedded systems. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop analog and digital hardware for medical device applications. • Participate in the conceptual design of embedded systems. • Support schematic capture and PCB layout activities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, mechanical, and systems engineering. • Conduct design reviews, perform testing, and troubleshoot hardware issues. • Assist in taking products from prototype to production, ensuring design reliability and compliance with regulatory standards. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in hardware development. • 5+ years of experience with microprocessor-based hardware. • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. • Strong experience in analog, digital, and embedded system design. • 1+ year of experience working in a regulated industry (medical device experience preferred).
