Sr. Systems Engineer (M365) Location: Hybrid – Portsmouth, NH (2–3 days onsite/week) Company Overview Glint Tech Solutions is a women-owned global staffing and IT recruiting firm connecting top technical talent with leading enterprise clients across the United States and Canada. Project Description Our client is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with a specific focus on Microsoft M365 and Entra to play a key role in managing and advancing their virtual, cloud, and data center infrastructure. This hybrid role based in Portsmouth, NH is responsible for maintaining critical systems supporting 24x7 business operations while helping lead cloud migration efforts and infrastructure modernization initiatives. The interview process includes a video round followed by an onsite interview — the process may go directly to onsite. Key Responsibilities Manage and advance virtual, cloud, and data center infrastructure supporting around-the-clock business operations Administer and optimize Microsoft Entra/M365 environments including conditional access policies, CIS/SCuBA compliance, Intune device management, and hybrid join configurations Lead and support cloud migration and infrastructure modernization initiatives Administer VMware environments, blade systems, and SAN technologies Manage Microsoft Windows Server environments including patch management and change control processes Support Microsoft 365, Office 365, Azure, and AWS cloud environments Manage virtual desktop infrastructure and enterprise monitoring platforms Oversee data center operations, disaster recovery planning, and infrastructure lifecycle management Develop and maintain automation and scripting solutions using PowerShell, Bash, or Python Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across server, storage, virtualization, and cloud technologies Mandatory Skills 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure in a 24x7 environment Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra/M365 — conditional access, CIS/SCuBA compliance, Intune, and hybrid join configurations are a hard requirement Extensive VMware administration experience including blade systems and SAN technologies Strong Microsoft Windows Server administration and patch management expertise Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Office 365, Azure, and AWS environments Knowledge of data center operations, infrastructure management, and disaster recovery practices Experience with configuration management and change control processes Proficiency in scripting and automation tools — PowerShell, Bash, or Python Strong troubleshooting skills across server, storage, virtualization, and cloud technologies Nice-to-Have Skills Experience managing virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) environments Familiarity with enterprise monitoring platforms Background in cloud migration strategy and execution Experience in regulated or compliance-driven enterprise environments
