In fact, over 30% of our candidates have converted to full time positions at our client. Job Summary Seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Solutions Consultant to join our client’s team. In this role, you will work closely with HR, IT, and other business units to implement and optimize Oracle HCM solutions. Job Description • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them into system requirements for Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Scheduling, Benefits, Reporting etc). • Solution implementation: Lead and support the configuration, customization, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions. • Business analysis: Analyze business requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose system enhancements or improvements. • Data analytics: Prepare reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools using Oracle HCM data. • User acceptance testing: Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), document issues, and track resolution. Data migration: Assist with data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. • Training and support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot any Oracle HCM-related issues Skills Required • 2-3 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Oracle HCM Cloud applications. • Proficient in Oracle HCM modules (Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence, Benefits, Reporting etc), with a strong understanding of Human Resources processes. • Technical knowledge: Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, as well as system integrations and data migration. • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions. • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non- technical stakeholders. • Technical Skills: HCM HCM Implementation Oracle HCM Oracle HCM Cloud Education/Training/Certifications • Bachelor’s Degree • Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud certifications Additional Requirements • Shift Time: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Pay Rate • Up to $76.00 per hour depending on experience • HirePower Personnel, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
