We offer: Competitive pay ($18.25 per hour - $19 per hour) Direct deposit Paid orientation and ongoing training Flexible schedules and matching Homecare Aides with nearby clients Employee recognition programs Responsibilities As a Homecare Aide with Glam Healthcare, you will: • Provides support for daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meal prep. • Performs light housekeeping tasks as required. Transports and escorts clients to medical appointments and social outings when necessary. • Offers personalized services to clients according to their individual care plans. • Ensures client safety and well-being by quickly informing your supervisor of any changes in the client’s condition. • Completes visits and records daily service tasks using our home care app. • Provides essential receipts and documentation for necessary shopping and errands. • Participates in the annual 12-hour in-service training and attends quarterly conferences with the supervisor. Qualifications • Possession of a high school diploma, GED, or at least one year of caregiving work experience. • Willing to undergo a criminal background check. • Eligible to work in the United States. • Two references. • Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance. • Access to a reliable car or public transportation. • Completes pre-service training (24 hours).
