Successful candidates for this position will embark on a 6-month paid journey into the world of pool service and repair (including significant in-the-field training). You will learn everything our service technicians learn before transitioning into an office role to support our customers. A Unique Hybrid Schedule in a Key Role Once training is complete, this role will take on the unique and highly important responsibility of weekend coverage. Our Weekend Account Manager will operate as the center point for triage on troubleshooting and sales calls ensuring customers receive a high-end experience. This will allow for a hybrid office schedule where Saturday and Sunday are work from home days and Thursday, Friday, and Monday are in the office collaborating with the team. Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for candidates with strong technical aptitude and dynamic communication skills. You are the right candidate for this position if you: • Are a naturally outgoing and communicative person • Have an ability to internalize and apply technical knowledge • Are an expert communicator over phone and email • Are not afraid to get your hands dirty in the field learning a new trade • Enjoy solving the puzzle of complex problems and finding creative solutions • Are a reliable and organized teammate • A self starter who performs well working independetly with autonomy Job Duties Upon completion of training, this position will provide direct support to clients, as well as internal support to the company’s service supervisors. Responsibilities include: • Responding to client emails and answering phone calls • Communicating with clients, technicians, and service supervisors • Answering clients' questions regarding their service • Updating client information and account notes according to client preferences • Empathizing with clients' concerns and problem solving / rectifying any issues • Providing technicians with information or protocol to troubleshoot issues (training will be provided) • Identify service failures or patterns and notify supervisors • Field work, when needed • During the 4-6 week initial field training the shift is Monday - Friday 630am - 3pm • Post field training, and during office training the shift is Monday - Friday 830am - 5pm • Once all initial training is completed the shift is Thursday - Monday 830am - 5pm with Saturday and Sunday fully remote work from home and Thursday, Friday, Monday in the office with the team Desired Skills • Basic computer skills (required) • Clear, concise emails (required) • Professional phone ettiquete with active listening (required) • Zendesk, Freshdesk, or other ticketing software • Salesforce, or other CRMs • Microsoft or Google Suite • Slack Build A Career With An Industry Leader If you're looking for an opportunity with a growing company in a stable industry, look no further than GL Pools.
