We are seeking exceptional distributors and sales agencies to represent the GIV Gowns product line across various healthcare verticals, including hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, long-term care facilities, home health services, and specialty practices. Distributors are responsible for expanding their market presence, cultivating relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth in their assigned territory. Key Responsibilities • Sales & Promotion: Actively market, promote, and sell GIV Gowns products throughout assigned territories using company-approved literature and marketing materials. • Territory Management: Maintain consistent activity across assigned verticals, building and managing a pipeline of hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers. • Customer Engagement: Establish and strengthen relationships with purchasing and supply-chain decision-makers; identify new opportunities for contracts or product expansion. • Reporting & Compliance: Use CRM tools for tracking leads, opportunities, and orders; comply with GIV Gowns’ reporting and communication requirements • Training & Brand Representation: Attend product training sessions, demonstrate a strong understanding of product benefits, and represent the GIV brand with professionalism and integrity. • Operational Support: Manage consigned product kits responsibly, support the collection of accounts receivable when requested, and coordinate with GIV Gowns operations for order fulfillment • Compliance & Ethics: Adhere to applicable healthcare sales laws (e.g., Anti-Kickback Statute, AdvaMed Code, Sunshine Act), maintaining transparent and ethical interactions with clients. Qualifications • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of healthcare sales experience, ideally with exposure to hospitals, ASCs, long-term care, or related healthcare environments. • Industry Network: Established relationships with purchasing and procurement decision-makers; ability to leverage an existing network to accelerate access and sales. • Performance Record: Proven history of achieving or exceeding sales goals, with strong pipeline management and follow-through. • Portfolio Management: Represents a limited number of non-competing product lines and is willing to prioritize GIV Gowns within their portfolio. • Territory Presence: Established footprint in the assigned geography with an active customer base or the capacity to build one quickly. • Technical & Digital Competence: Comfortable with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and remote communication platforms. • Professionalism: High integrity, disciplined work ethic, and strong alignment with GIV Gowns’ mission and brand standards. • Growth Orientation: Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to grow regionally, develop a sales team, and contribute to the brand’s market expansion. • Customer Focus: Known for reliability, responsiveness, and long-term relationship management in the healthcare community. • Engagement: Committed to participating in training, product education, and performance reporting.
