Full Description

Gilmore Partners is seeking to add another team member to further enhance its industry-leading client service and delivery. Established in 1985, Gilmore Partners has been servicing the executive recruitment needs of professional services firms across North America for 40 years. The Executive Search Consultant will primarily focus on client development (80% of the time) and occasionally on candidate development (20% of the time) for our accounting and finance clients across various geographic areas in North America. By joining Gilmore Partners, you will have the opportunity to work with industry-leading clients, utilize best-in-class software tools (including AI automation where applicable), and benefit from dedicated research and administrative assistant support, all while maintaining a laser-focused approach to meaningful candidate development that delivers results to our clients. While this is a fully remote role, we require someone to work EST core hours, as the rest of the team is based there. Our ideal candidate would need to have the following at a minimum: • 3+ years of recruitment firm experience working in a business development capacity within accounting & finance • Someone who can show and demonstrate the ability to connect with clients and build proper, long-term, trusted relationships • Someone who is driven and results-oriented We would love to chat further if the above resonates with you and speaks to who you are.
