Minimum 3+ years recruitment firm experience in business development within accounting & finance, strong client relationship skills, and results-driven.
Gilmore Partners is seeking to add another team member to further enhance its industry-leading client service and delivery. Established in 1985, Gilmore Partners has been servicing the executive recruitment needs of professional services firms across North America for 40 years. The Executive Search Consultant will primarily focus on client development (80% of the time) and occasionally on candidate development (20% of the time) for our accounting and finance clients across various geographic areas in North America. While this is a fully remote role, we require someone to work EST core hours, as the rest of the team is based there.
